  The service here is horrendous. The representative Marina or Mariana very rudely told the customer in front of me that the wait was over an hour. She was in no rush to help anybody else even though there was 5 other customers waiting. 2 other representatives were moving around wall fixtures for their displays as oppose to helping customers. It wasnt til i called customer service to complain that 3 other reps came out from the back and started assisting the customers waiting. No one greets you when you walk in and there is no indication of where to sign in. I could see why people left the store and walked to the metropcs across the street
