  Negative -5 stars. I arrived at 8:00 am, waited 4 hours and read a full 200 page book during that time. At noon I went up to the window to ask how much longer it might take and the front desk said "There are still people in front of you." I left to go to the hospitals emergency room in Monterey Park up the street and got out of there in 10 minutes with prescriptions from the doctor! Screw this place! Never go there again.
