  Well my day did not go as planned I had an appointment at 11:00 am they advised me to arrive 30 minutes before which I did but the line to register for your appointment that they gave me! Was long 5 people in front of me one window open! The one open, closes then another window opens still one window open I run to the other side since I am hard of hearing (I am then told that is not where the line starts I explained why I needed to be closer they were fine with that) so now come 10:42 she said ooh you are late you are supposed to arrive 30 minutes beforehand which I then stated I did, she then went to ask the doctor if he/she will see me she comes back to tell me they said no so I then call queens care and make a complaint the manager from the clinic called me and apologized (still does not change the fact that I was not seen) they reschedule my appointment for the following week at a very inconvenient time! (I have to pull my kid out of class early so I Make sure I get there 30 minutes before�drag my kid to my physical appointment really?!) she has someone call me back to accommodate my appointment since I made it clear my rescheduled appointment was very inconvenient for me but 3 weeks later!!! So now here I am at the park killing time since my plans for the day were changed really disappointed that they sent me away!! What was the use of me calling to make an APPOINTMENT!! So make sure you arrive with more than 30 minutes since the line to register is long and will take away from your 30 minutes prior arrival time

  I went as a walk in knowing their might be a chance I wouldn't be seen, after waiting for about an hour I was finally seen by doctor moe, who misdiagnosed me, didn't provide any resolution beside over the counter medicine, after taking it for almost a week, my symptoms worsened. Iy turns out I have kidney stones! The reception worker Cynthia the worst.. she had an attitude, sarcastic. Clearly she hated her job
